A Compendium Of Curiosities Challenge

Over on Studio L3 the challenge this week is shabby chic (page 49 in the book).  This is a lovely simple technique which gives a lovely shabby wash to your artwork.
I wanted to use the caged bird die for this technique and I am quite pleased with the results.
I used Juniper acrylic dabber for my top colour and DI inks bundled sage and forest moss for the stamping.  The leaves and sentiment are Wendy Vecchi.    Why not pop over to Studio L3 and check out the fantastic artwork for this challenge.  Happy crafting, Tracy x

Oh Tracy, Shabby is my fave at the mo, and you have created it beautifully :) Love the stencilled cage.
Yep, Pup is keeping me busy ;) He's a real little tinker! Glad to report he is sleeping through the night now, so I no longer feel like zombie through the day now LOL. How is your little pooch? All good I hope?
